Tallships Challenge® Muskegon is an effort of hundreds of people and organizations in Muskegon County and Western Michigan in cooperation with the American Sail Training Association (ASTA). Originally formed to spearhead the successful 2001 Tall Ships Challenge®, the event's board of directors is again providing leadership for the 2003 event.
